slowly but surely

I've started doing at least 50 squats and 100 crunches before bed. I haven't gotten back to my cardio yet, but baby steps...baby steps.

Wow 50 squats and 100 crunches! Lady you are doing it big. Keep up the great work. Be sure to add cardio back in when you feel up to it.
