I have the general idea of what my body will look like.  It's still thick, muscular legs, small waist, hippy and busty.  It's my general shape now--only improved (smile).  Now that I have the blueprint in mind there are several things I need to do:
1.  Visualize this body often (at least twice a day)
2.  Eat the way this body needs to be fueled
3.  Sculpt this shape from what I already have through exercise and clean eating
It's perfectly do-able.  And I WILL do it.
